1 #2 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 cup diced celery2 eggs, boiled, peeled and chopped2 tbsp. chopped sweet pickles1 tsp. minced onion4 tbsp. Mullen's Imitation French Dressing Mix all ingredients and chill. May be served on lettuce leaf with parsley garnish. Serves six.
1 lb. hamburger1 egg, slightly beaten1 cup milk1 cup cracker crumbs1/4 cup chopped onion2 tbsp. butter1 & 1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 & 1/4 cup Mullen's Barbecue Sauce Saute onions in butter until soft (do not brown). Combine 1 & 1/4 cup Mullen's Barbecue Sauce with onions in crock pot and warm. Mix meat and all other ingredients, form into balls 3/4'' in diameter. Brown balls in oil, drain and add to sauce mixture in crock pot. Offer toothpicks to your guests for a delicious self-serve snack.
Ribs (1 lb. per serving)1 garlic clove, diced1 medium onion, chopped1 bay leaf1/4 tsp. thyme1 tsp. salt per lb. of ribsMullen's Barbecue Sauce Place ribs in large kettle with all ingredients (except barbecue sauce). Cover ribs with water and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for one hour. Remove ribs from water and let cool. Brush ribs with Mullen's Barbecue Sauce. Broil or grill ribs over a medium fire for approximately 20 minutes. Baste often with Mullen's Barbecue Sauce.

Brown patties on both sides in a skillet or on the grill. Pour Mullen's Barbecue Sauce over browned patties and cook until done.

Lay each ring on lettuce leaf, fill with fruit. Garnish with mint. Pour Mullen's Imitation French Dressing over fruit ring, or serve as side dip.
