Carrot Coin Salad

2 cans sliced carrots, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 & 1/2 cups Mullen’s French Dressing

Toss vegetables together lightly, add Mullen’s French Dressing and marinate for several hours or overnight for best flavor.
